Good review in itself, even though it doesn't add anything particularly new compared to the first one. Since opinions seem to converge, and with every review of this album it will be inevitable to bring up Layne Staley's past and fantasize about what he would still have to say (given that in his relatively short life he said quite a lot), as well as analyze with scientific expertise the merits (or demerits) of DuVall, I frankly hope this is the last one. PS: the title track is perfect for me as it is, and if it was left deliberately unfinished for the reasons you suggest, it gains an added value, far superior to what strings and violins would have given.

A review that can be summarized in a comment. I finally listened to the album, and I give it a 3 all in all.

Lexus, it’s true what you say if we consider that in the age of the internet the term “advertising” has acquired a much broader meaning, which makes it necessary to implicitly distinguish between what is called “welcome” and what is “defamatory,” and equally appropriate to take into account the (obvious, in this case) intentions of the writer, in order to avoid going around for hours discussing topics deserving of the lowest consideration. It’s quite common for certain figures eager for visibility—who are less skilled and less noticed—to more easily resort to lawsuits at the slightest hint of a damaged reputation. Who knows why, then. So, although in desperate cases one might settle even for seeing their name written on walls followed by the epithet “rikkione,” I doubt that, even when talking about Zequila, he could take pride in the flattery expressed in this review, nor would he appreciate it if comments or articles like this appeared on a blog or in any tacky gossip magazine. In other words, of such "advertising."
