Franco Battiato Shock In My Town
Voto:
Stage Door is a fantastic song, he performed it live and it made you leap out of your seat. However, the only official versions are two homemade demos. Crazy.

But it is obviously "Oppio," a song by Battiato - Pio sung by Sibilla. If you search on YouTube, you can even find some videos.

I echo voiceface and give the record the half point more it deserves. Waiting for summer is disarmingly beautiful, Tepid April has a sublime elegance.
Woody Allen Misterioso Omicidio A Manhattan
Voto:
Yes yes, beautiful, and well done everyone, Keaton, Alan Alda, Huston... a perfect yellow comedy.

Listening to it again after some time, it reaffirms itself as a high-level album. Not a 5 just because Battiato has done even better.
Fabrizio De André Storia Di Un Impiegato
Voto:
I reluctantly dissociate myself from the plebiscite of 5 because De André has produced much better work, and as much as the author's judgment may be worth, he himself considered Storia di un impiegato to be a not entirely successful album. In fact, musically, it is one of his weaker albums.
Queen Say It's Not True
Voto:
It was already known that the song was beautiful because Roger Taylor had already played it for us during the Queen + PR tour. Now it’s presented to us in a new guise, richer, more epic, more Queen, thanks to May’s guitars and Rodgers’ (beautiful) voice. I don’t know if it’s actually better than the acoustic version, which, in its simplicity and with Taylor’s excellent interpretation, was a little gem, but so be it. What can I say, if even Brian May pulls out some good-level songs, the album coming out in a few months could really be a nice surprise.

Really good, especially since King has never been easy to translate to the big screen. I'll have to dust off the story because, honestly, I didn't remember it at all.
Roberto Vecchioni Ipertensione

Let's talk about two great singer-songwriters, both of whom are very dear to me. That being said, for me, De Andrè is superior in terms of lyrics, but not by so much that I could say he "devours" the other, absolutely not.
Le Vibrazioni II

Every time I hear the argument that the more songs there are, the more the CD is worth, it makes me recall the mix of nonsense from the day before yesterday... but damn, it's unbelievable, there are albums that are ruined by a SINGLE filler song that could have easily stayed in the drawer. Bah.
