The problem is that the trash of the '70s was at least authentic, genuine in some way... Trying to recreate that "cinema" now feels artificial, because that "virginity" is lost, you can't just recreate it. It's sad.

The review is delirious; Ligabue couldn't be more exposed than this, but this wasn't a bad album. The trouble is that Liga, on one hand, has convinced himself that he’s really Springsteen, while on the other, having discovered the winning formula, has kept reheating the same old soup for years and up to the current day. The result, however, has been that he’s become a perfect supermarket singer, the harmless family rocker we know today.

Come on, now calling "the original" an unrepeatable masterpiece is really too much. Cute, nice, I love Gene Wilder, whatever you want, but it’s not Bergman, come on. This film takes the same story but from a different angle, less sugary, it might not be to everyone’s taste, and that’s fair, but to call it a "piece of crap" is clearly out of line.

It all goes back to the Lumière brothers, to see it clearly!!! Beautiful, very beautiful, but for me, Once Upon a Time in the West can't be beaten.

Charlize Theron? At this point, why not Angel Dark?

It's not a review, it's a summary of the film. So don’t complain if someone makes "a duplicate."

Throwing away the music of the '80s is one of the most foolish clichés, even though it's not entirely unjustified. But just by quickly listing some genuine masterpieces that came out during those years, it becomes clear that there was great music in that decade. Tom Waits published the "Frank Trilogy" between 1983 and 1987: Swordfishtrombones, Rain Dogs, Frank's wild years. U2 released their two best albums, Joshua Tree (1987) and Unforgettable Fire (1984), as did Dire Straits with Love over gold (1982) and Brothers in arms (1985). Lou Reed's New York is from '89. In Italy, Battiato released La Voce del padrone in 1981, Fabrizio De André in 1984 with Creuza de ma, Fossati in 1987 with La pianta del tè, and in the same year, Guccini probably had his best moment with the splendid Signora Bovary. De Gregori's Titanic is from '82. We could add to the list names like Police, The Clash, and I'm sure I'm forgetting someone, many others who were primarily active in that infamous decade... it's up to you. (Primiballi, if you're listening, we're still waiting for the second part of your article on the '80s.)
