@symbad. Aside from the hearty laughs I had, let me explain the Culurgionis for Cordula; I’ll leave that to Hal, who’s more Sardinian than me. Basically, they are ravioli; I prefer them Jerzese (Jerzu is my father's birthplace. A town so steep that from the ground floor you can pee on your neighbors on the fourth floor.) I was saying the Jerzese ones are filled with potatoes, mint, garlic, pecorino, and fiscido—a strange kind of cheese that’s not really cheese, something odd. In other regions, they use ricotta instead of potatoes. If you go to Sardinia and want to taste this delicacy, for the potato version you need to go to Jerzu. Before you reach the town, coming from the sea, there’s a very expensive social winery but terrible prices due to all the Cannonau, pane carasau, seadas, porceddu, cordula, and casu marzu. In Arbatax, instead, there’s ROCCE ROSSE BLUES. But hey, the tourism assessor doesn’t pay me anyway. SFASCIA Carrozze, but it should be from Carbonia, a mining town founded during fascism where I had the (un)fortunate luck of being born. Ciao Ciao Dax
