As explained above, it's essentially water mixed with about 3% lubricating oil; it serves to lubricate and cool the materials in contact during mechanical cutting, as well as to remove debris from the cutting area. Coca is not welcome, but the gnocca is always appreciated. PS Are you leaving us next week, right?
