Brusko, reread comment number 10 (always mine), you can find the list by simply clicking on any somewhat famous Italian artist's name and see for yourself. (I'll also close the discussion since it leads nowhere.)

Alessandro "Alex" Baroni (Milan, December 22, 1966 – Rome, April 13, 2002) died at 35, not 20.............................do you want me to list all the great Italians who were already on the decline at 35?

Listen Brusko, if you want, I can make you a list, although I believe the list would be pointless. Baroni remains a good craftsperson, certainly with a nice voice, but just a craftsman.

Lio bar known also as "beyond the bars" watch out for "vadol'ammazzo e torno" (the little train of Valcamonica), anyway if you asked me I would explain to you where it is.

I mentioned some singers (all with a B) without voice but with tremendous success, a singer (with a B) with voice but with lesser success, perhaps because those singers touched emotional chords that Baroni, just like Berti, failed to reach. PS among those mentioned, I only save Battisti.

If only Orietta Berti's voice were enough, she would be mentioned more than Mina, but if you choose to be a pop singer, you need to have something more than just a voice. Just look at Baglioni, Battisti, Bennato, Battiato, just to stick with the letter B.
