It's practically the same structure as the debut album. If only it shared its magic...

A great tribute to an artist of epoch-making impact. Shamefully forgotten by everyone, even by those who claimed to be his friends. R.I.P.

In short, I believe it’s enough to test it: compare the most beautiful pieces of Jimi Hendrix and company with those of the Zep (Page was the main songwriter) and you will notice the difference.

I understand the approach to the instrument, the technique, and so on; from that perspective, I can even agree. However, if we analyze the compositional skills of Page and Hendrix? Page has created pieces like Whole Lotta Love, Ramble On, Since I've Been Loving You, Rain Song, Achilles Last Stand, Friends; in short, he has proven to be a great rock composer as well, beyond the virtuosity, the technique, the gimmicks (that bow technique, in my opinion, does not affect the assessment of the guitarist; it’s just a circus trick). Moreover, he has written some incredible acoustic pieces, confirming himself as a master also in playing that guitar. With this, I don’t mean to say that Hendrix didn’t know how to play acoustic guitar (!!!), but it doesn’t seem to me that he often attempted it (in fact, I don’t recall ever hearing an acoustic piece by Hendrix), and so in the overall evaluation (technique + compositional skills), Page is the best for me.

Great, I would say, but the greatest of all for me will always be Jimmy Page.

What kind of comments are these? The difficult judgment is up to future generations. Great review, the album is fantastic, I can't say more because I haven't listened to it in ages.
