Symphony X V - The new mythology suite
Voto:
Really a great job.....there's nothing more to say. Besides having astonishing technical and compositional quality, this group also amazed me with the groove present in certain songs, which is often lost in genres like prog due to sudden time changes and technicality. The polyphonic choirs are also praiseworthy and truly sensational. A fantastic album from a group on par with giants of the genre like Dream Theater.

Angra Temple Of Shadow

The album is fantastic. I can't find any flaws except for the drummer who often overdoes it with the double bass. A ROUND OF APPLAUSE FOR ANGRA!!!!!!!!!
Steve Vai Passion & Warfare
Voto:
This is Vai's album par excellence, excellent from every point of view and truly original. Perhaps some may not like it, but after listening to it, you enter a completely different compositional concept. Steve is an excellent composer and wants to innovate, innovate, and innovate again, and with this CD, he has completely succeeded.

Dream Theater Octavarium
Voto:
I find this CD really different; in fact, I was expecting something closer to nu metal given the previous Train of Thought, but fortunately, it follows the path of Six Degrees. The tracks that impressed me the most are "These Walls," "Never Enough," "Sacrificed Sons," and the divine "Octavarium." I repeat that this latest effort by DT is a work that deviates greatly from their previous releases, offering us a truly enjoyable listening experience...
Even though the beginning of "Octavarium" bears a striking resemblance to "Shine On You Crazy Diamond," I believe this is one of the songs (if not the best) that the band has ever written. This masterpiece of a suite lasts a long time and never tires you out because it's a continuous crescendo of emotions that culminates in an epic finale with a fantastic Petrucci accompanied by an orchestra of violins. The result of this mix is undoubtedly a song that makes me shout miracle...
