And then sorry Iside, Korn is just a kid, okay he looks like the skrondo, but he’s still just a kid: so give him the receipt, what’s the big deal? ;)

No Iside, I'm not coming to Vicenza, it's pointless anyway: if Korn reads as he writes, when you are there waiting for him, he will still be looking on the map of Veneto for a city called Vienz or Vcnz. You will never find it (damn uncle).

Don't bother replying to me Iside, I just saw your message.

Iside, are you going to the Korn de-meeting?

"BLUUUUUUUUS Stay away from meeee." Beautiful Iside. In the book Roots, I particularly liked the story of the griot found in the preface. The author (the name escapes me) goes in search of the tribe of Kunta Kinte, finds it, is called the griot (storyteller) of the place, hears the name Kunta Kinte, lights up, and begins to tell the entire story of the Kinte family up to the kidnapping of Kunta. Then everyone dances to celebrate the renewed union between the people and a descendant of the Kinte. Incredible and touching at the same time.

Well, congratulations, you managed to review the soundtrack of a film without ever mentioning the composer of the original music. You see, Floyd, when the film starts and during the opening credits you hear a nice ring made with the moog, that stuff was written by the former Mr. Walter Carlos, now Mrs. Wendy Carlos.

Well, Viva li, what can I say. I'm pleased that I'm not completely unlikeable to you, even if I'm not exactly charming; who knows, maybe over time... You've read my thoughts on the album in the review, and there's no need for me to repeat them. The edition I have is the Transatlantic one. I only have the first one in the Castle edition, which actually has a lot of extra tracks. I'm almost tempted to get it... Oh, I also adore the other albums by Bert and company. An opinion that can be debated, of course. ;))

Floyd, your analysis is harsh but not very well-argued. I don’t doubt that the lyrics of this album are trivial, but perhaps it would have been better to explain why, possibly with some quotes. I don't know why, but when someone writes definitive judgments and says an album is "undeniably poor," it almost makes me want to prove the opposite or at least give it a try...
