Anyway, the Caravan, while being part of the Canterbury scene, seem to be an exception. Too light... If you compare Genesis to all of Robert Wyatt's bands, as well as to his solo work, or to Hatfield and the North, or National Health, or Henry Cow, I think Peter Gabriel and the gang would pale in comparison... Did Ajejebrazorf mean more or less this, davejon? I guess irony isn't your strong suit. :)

I read today that they will probably get back together (even with David Lee Roth) for a tour. Nice "Why can't this be love."

I don't know if I'll like this Charles Ives, Squalo-Saputello. I'm not a big fan of Stravinsky, Schönberg, Weber, and certainly not of Glass and Stockhausen. But looking for it on the mule doesn't cost anything...

I would give this album much less than a passing grade. The singer's voice is unbearable for me, and the compositions are repetitive and boring. No offense, Bjork. :)

Well, in my opinion this album is a terrible bore. In fact, I'll throw in "L'egitto prima delle sabbie" too, so we have two borefests.
