Well, look, for me the answer is yes. But those two albums are anything but "Kraut rock"... What Slapp has done is great author pop. Peter Blegvad has written some beautiful melodies and Dagmar Krause is a wonderful singer... At this point though, since "acnalbasac noom" was then redone verbatim ("casablanca moon") with Henry Cow instead of Faust, if I were you I would go for the version with the cows...

Hello hello. I have to tell you something, dear friends. I adore Falco, the character I mean. Ever since I discovered Debaser, I've wanted to write about him. I managed to do it by bypassing his solo albums (which I don’t like except for a few songs, the usual ones you know). For this reason, I feel not cool, but super cool. :) @Occulto supersovrano: You fully grasped the spirit of the band. :) @Under: try going on Myspace and listen to "Ganz Wien": tell me if it doesn’t sound like the "dress rehearsal" for "Der Kommissar." :) @autopilot: Do you want to enter the Drahdiwaberl universe? There are three steps. First step: listen to my samples. I prepared them with care and love. Second step: go to their Myspace page. There are even some recent songs. Third step: reach out to our favorite quadruped (and I’m not talking about Debaser's cow...). Just think, the one who put together the folder with Psychoterror in it recorded the songs from vinyl, complete with crackles and needle jumps. :) Has this beautiful disc been reissued on CD?
