I find that Banks is truly a great keyboardist, with a delicate and very clean style. I listened to the album some time ago, but I remember it alternated extraordinary moments with some less successful songs. In short, it's nice but not very consistent. I'd give it a 3.5 out of 5.

Really an excellent review that complements the one already existing. As for the album, I personally prefer the more abstract sounds and lyrics of "Photos Of Ghosts" or "The World Became The World." However, this "Chocolate Kings" is no joke either! I would say a solid 4.5/5...
