Good review as always. I agree with MisterNo about the clichés... I would have never been interested in Pooh, but having a friend who is a die-hard completist, a true "sicko," I have (involuntarily and unconsciously) educated myself about this band. Unfortunately, they just don't sit well with me... it's a matter of "skin"!

I agree with Lewis's comment... live is a whole other story. A brief but enjoyable review. -- For Beatboy: the most famous are probably "Aoxomoxoa" (definitely psychedelic) and "American Beauty" (a very interesting acoustic turn)... but I'm sure you'll really like "Terrapin Station" considering the long title track that heavily winks at progressive.

Good review... very delicate and pleasant. The collection is definitely well done and especially benefits from excellent remastering that gives it a full and rich sound. 4/5 even if "spannometric": in fact I have the single CD version (which sometimes contains shortened tracks and single edits). However, I would be curious to know what rating you would give to the collection since it doesn't appear...

For fusillo: I thought you were referring to some particular anecdote. Anyway, thank you.
