The Velvet Underground The Velvet Underground & Nico

Kilgod, excuse me. I didn't get angry at all: I see that my succulent review "The Velvet Underground & Nico", although it’s a load of crap (well, it happens, right?), is attracting an endless wave of comments. It's nice to see all of you so engaged in arguing about what exactly is the right adjective to define the voice of Mister (oops, Missis) Nico. It’s not exactly a matter of pressing relevance, is it? Best regards, Marco Poletti.

Dear Kilgod, I like to write nonsense. I have a lot of fun doing it. But then I read yours and I realize that mine are of superlative intelligence. Or am I mistaken? Best regards, Marco Poletti.

Come on, Nico was a man. He wasn't like the one from Aldo Giovanni and Giacomo when they did the 3 Sardinians on "Mai dire Goal"? Best regards, Marco Poletti.

The record is on the brink of the dreadful. Stop, please, stop, very stop.
Sergio Endrigo Quando la musica è poesia

Dearest everyone. The album is nothing more than a very simple (but remarkable) anthology. And since there are 15 reviews of Oasis on DeBaser and not even half a one for Endrigo, I wanted to, also by using the ancient means of biography, pay tribute to this our great artist. Kind regards, Poletti Marco.

A small clarification: the rating is 5. I can't understand why the people at DeBaser didn't include it (even though I clicked on it). Anyway, regards, Marco Poletti.

Dear my musical Taliban (Kilgod, Punisher and company), it’s not that a De Gregori album has to be necessarily good and an album by Articolo 31 has to be necessarily bad. As it is, it’s very nice, all the rest of the production from Articolo 31 is disgusting. But please, let’s not be so provincial and naive to think that only the greats have been able to craft high-class albums. It’s clear that we shouldn’t praise scoundrels like Dj Francesco or Luca Dirisio (bleh), but if one day, maybe far away, maybe never, they manage, who knows how and why, to record a decent album, why not praise them? Best regards (to everyone a little), Poletti Marco.

Dearest Kosmogabri, yes, the answer is yes, I have it. It's a very old vinyl version that my father bought more than forty years ago. Today, unfortunately, it's hard to find. Best regards, Poletti Marco.

"A Wednesday of Lions" is anything but a low-quality film. Have you seen it by any chance? On "Pet Sounds," be careful: not everything that is considered beautiful is actually beautiful. Watch out. Best regards, Marco Poletti.
