thank you darling, I know very well that they make you sick but it was love between me and them (now it's faded a bit but the scene or at least the headmasters still excite me, re-listen to the botch!) next time make the review twice as long, yeah yeah, I'll throw in useless things like the bible review, where you know everything about a band's discography but you haven't understood what the hell they sound like, yeah yeah...

Yes, only the first one was not recorded with Relapse, but this one and Elementary were.

Sourcio, I don't think it's bad; some have thrown shit at it, but I feel like the album is truly fascinating, nothing monumental, of course, but convincing. The dark mood and the uneven rhythms, the syncopations—these things resonate with me. What can I do? :) Anyway, the review, on the other hand, came out poorly, but I had to do it for sure; I’ve been postponing it for too long. I promised the webzine about a month ago... I'll make up for it with the next one; it's clear that this one was done in a hurry.

I didn’t say you’re wrong, quite the opposite! I’m 23, so I didn't live through that era, and I, too, from the age of 16 for quite a while, was in love with hardcore. I certainly didn't have the resources that are available today; that's all I wanted to say. I haven't lived through those years, but that's fine, I mean, most of my favorite bands are from the '90s, so I have no regrets. I can't tell you if everything was more genuine; surely, there was less money involved... and there weren't powerful resonators like today, it's the internet... and punx, as far as I know, zines were definitely harder to find than a webpage, the comparison can’t really be made on.

And fuck it, when I was 16 there was no internet.. I had books (and I never knew a damn thing about super underground scenes) and my trusted shopkeeper.. this straight edge thing is new to me.. nice resurrection anyway..

I believe that Wardrobe talks about the metal-core that has exploded in recent years, one that sees Caliban and Killswitch as fathers who have picked up (copied?) Norma Jean and At the Gates... in short, a great mosh setup... not the one from Cave In and their lovely company.
