It's a good review.
The Smashing Pumpkins Mellon Collie And The Infinity Sadness

Come on, let's not exaggerate.
Luchino Visconti Bellissima
Voto:
Oh, but is someone going to write the review for Soffio, by KKD? Don't let me write it, I'm too biased...
Luchino Visconti Bellissima
Voto:
Of course, if The Fall of the Gods boils down to the crisis of power and its values, we’re in trouble. Frankly, I care very little about Bellissima’s sociological discourse. What remains for me is the face of Magnani, the tears of the little girl, that lost Rome. In other words, the subject seems relatively "weak" to me, and certainly not very Viscontian. Not so in The Fall, a powerful and blazing tale. Yet, even here, the true substance seems to lie in the aesthetics: the fire that engulfs everything, Martin in SS uniform, the hog-like grin of the uncle, the alluring sensuality of the mother, the pulsating blood and the scent of death.
Luchino Visconti Bellissima
Voto:
I copy and paste Vic's comment, adding more lavish praises for an extraordinary Magnani, and a powerful nostalgia for those scenes on the Tiber. I also add that the best Visconti is the one who can fully express the sensual component (just look at the trilogy, see Martin/Helmut Berger in The Fall). There, Luchino is really at the top of the pyramid.
Raman Hui, Chris Miller Shrek Terzo
Voto:
Never seen a Shrek and I probably never will, perhaps wrongly. Yesterday I was looking for a cinema where I could watch the new Kim Ki Duk, and I saw a program haunted by sequels of green bellies, projected on 3 screens simultaneously in a multiplex, and to see Breath I have to set off far away, like a soldier on a crusade. There’s something rotten, and the world remains indifferent.
Duke Ellington, Charlie Mingus, Max Roach Money Jungle
Voto:
Contemplation with the matter of experiments has opened a potential vortex and black hole into which I could undoubtedly get lost and never be saved, especially now that I am about to leave for my posthumous vacation, but we will definitely come back to it. I’m glad you also noticed the extraordinary beauty of that Fleurette; you reminded me to make sure to carry this great record in my pocket, au revoir.
Tinto Brass Il Disco Volante (1963)

Come on, Poletti likes to light the fuse, look how busy and lively his pages are, a bit like the real Corona, but today I ate well so I want to give him only the excellent true review. Even a 4 out of 5 movie? Without any asses and tits? I will check it out.
The Jesus Lizard Pure
Voto:
So why give it a 5 if these tracks remain average? My favorite album by the Lizard changes every three months, this one has been too, and while playing a bit with the ratings, almost all their albums seem like full-on 4s to me, and anyway, in my opinion, Bloody Mary and Blockbuster definitely reveal that immense talent: Maaaaryyyy! Maaaaaarryyyyyy!!!
Miles Davis Kind of Blue
Voto:
I’m sorry to arrive late to this interesting discussion. Among many things, I feel that Bitches Brew and Kind of Blue are absolutely incomparable albums; I adore them without hierarchies, in a perfect polytheistic system. The page, in my opinion, is very uninspired, thumbs down.
