I'm taking another stroll around here, rereading and getting ready to listen to some of these oboes. I think this is the best way to review classical music, often hindered by excessive technicality and didacticism, as if this music had to necessarily latch onto mathematical models, generating an excess of description. A few words, but good ones, indeed excellent. Warmth, that's all that matters.

Fusilli really al dente, congratulations, very nice. I don't have this edition, but I feel free to vote for the record as well, always amazed by the undeniable superiority of Jeff's live performances compared to the studio recordings. As for the snobbishness, it doesn't seem to me that there is any towards JB, who seems adored at all cultural latitudes, and I would like to see that too.
