If you want to seriously judge a guitarist's technique, you need to pay more attention to how they do the bending than to how fast they pick. What value does a guitarist have if they have such poor hearing that they bend out of tune?

Great review, very comprehensive, of an excellent live show (which apparently only a few chosen ones are aware of)! The two albums with Alcatrazz were truly outstanding, you did well to highlight the strong rock influence that sets them apart from Yngwie's later works.
