As much as I love the sigur, I have to admit they will never reach the absolute perfection of this album.

Or, since you say that the leftists are not intellectuals, why don't you explain to me where the culture is on the right? MARIA DE FILIPPI???? BIG BROTHER?

So, dear Jack, since you know everything, why don't you go fuck yourself along with Silvio? At least I have ideals, not like you... by the way, I don't smoke weed, asshole.

... And then the lyrics: I didn’t understand, do they all talk about the same topic? Soldiers, war, bombs???!!! And to think I was supposed to go to the concert... for God’s sake, I give it a 2 only because in the past they have released some good albums... Too bad there will always be adoring fans who will shout "masterpiece" even for something like this... But do you know what makes someone an artist??? Improving, evolving, experimenting, changing, and also KNOWING HOW TO STOP AFTER CROSSING A CERTAIN LINE. Well, the Maidens crossed that line back with POWERSLAVE. But they didn’t stop: they kept releasing albums, all of them still with some good tracks inside (like FEAR OF THE DARK: apart from the title track and "Afraid to Shoot Strangers," the rest was crap). They still managed to stay at a sufficient level with the last two, but this A MATTER OF LIFE AND DEATH they should have saved for later.

After reading this review, I rushed, as a good Maiden fan, to download the album, all excited by the rating that Moon... had given it and how he talked about it. Now that I've listened to it, I only wish I hadn't. It's truly a pathetic album, bordering on ridiculous: the only advice I can give to Maiden is: BE HONEST WITH YOURSELVES AND RETIRE. Yes, because the songs say absolutely nothing, they are neither fish nor fowl: the usual guitar solos... Do you think that's knowing how to play the electric guitar???? Then you understand nothing, they've been doing the same solo with the same 4 chords for 30 years, heavily borrowing from Led Zeppelin, by the way. It's a real shame because the single promised well: a good song (even though the Eastern-heavy rhythm that accompanies it throughout its duration is borrowed from Led, not to mention the electric guitar solo in pure Zeppian style, which brought back memories of the old times). A monotonous, noisy album, made up of all the same songs, all starting the same way: melodic rhythm played slow and sweet, Bruce's voice coming in, guitars kicking off, Bruce's voice rising, guitar solo, Bruce's voice calming down, THE END. The whole CD is like this, with long, boring songs...

I would really like to know what is wrong with this review... it is well written and sparks curiosity about the album...

It's pointless to beat around the bush.
It says nothing, it’s terrible, it’s poor, and above all, it doesn’t help me discover what’s inside the album.
That’s what this review is.

Great, in this piece they seem to copy Led Zeppelin...the underlying rhythm, with its Eastern flair, really reminds you of the Zep, just like the guitar solo, which is absolutely of Zeppelin origin...

Beautiful review. I'm sorry to ask you, but I didn't quite understand what genre they actually play.
