Bryan Adams Mtv Unplugged

Listen, shine, I admire you quite a bit, so I'll speak frankly: no, I haven’t listened to this album; all I needed was a double CD of his hits from the '70s to today, and believe me, IT IS MORE THAN ENOUGH FOR ME TO FRAME THE "artist"… A subpar rock, bush-like, sappy (in the ballads), predictable, banal, MTV-esque, and fake youthful… Stuff for little fascistoids from the '70s. And if you come to tell me that the gentleman has pulled the trick of singing in a sweeter, more intimate, singer-songwriter style imitating Jeffrey Foucault or the more acoustic Nick Drake, I will tell you: yes, I also really like the gift-wrapped package form, I also like his new intimate-reserved-acoustic singer-songwriter attitude, I like this lovely wrapping with silk gift ribbon. But beneath this magnificent layer of triple molasses with candied fruit and stuffing of acoustic guitar like Iamthefolkartistofthewest, there are his songs: he could even have John Lennon resurrected from the grave sing them for me, or they could be arranged by Porcupine Tree, but deep down they are still those banal, overdone, and useless songs of his. I mean, Heaven wouldn’t surprise me coming from Britney Spears…

Matt, are you really falling for this sweet mushy Bryan Adams song? Come on... he and Bon Jovi with their mainstream rock can only clutter up the MTV charts... so cliché...

Oh my God, Mat, in addition to Origin there were also a couple of EPs, even if they weren't that great... I'm not too excited about them either... so, a few songs are nice... I have a particular fixation for the slow ones like Hello, My Immortal, Missing...

You've piqued my curiosity. No to the shit, you're acting like a fascist. Get the hell out of my way.

I would say the album is completely rubbish...She, on the other hand, not at all :P

Matt7, just so you know, FALLEN wasn't Evanescence's debut. They already had a few albums and some EPs under their belt. I haven't heard this one yet, but I kinda like the single.
