THE REVIEW

Despite the title, there's nothing dangerous about this album: it's a string of soporific and sappy ballads that are hard to listen to in their entirety. Yawn... But why not include some more lively tracks? The energetic Crazy in Love, Work It Out, Bonnie & Clyde '03, and perhaps the duet with Missy Elliott are worth saving. The rest is mostly to be discarded.

Summary by Bot

The review criticizes Beyoncé's Dangerously in Love album for being predominantly dull and sappy ballads that are hard to endure. However, it highlights a few lively tracks like "Crazy in Love," "Work It Out," "Bonnie & Clyde '03," and a duet with Missy Elliott as the album's few strong points. Overall, the album is viewed as lacking energy besides these songs.
