This album is beautiful, but not a five because, in my humble opinion, it loses a bit in the middle... I don’t know, I’ve never been very convinced by "All Us Boys," "Mama," and not really by "Lorraine" either. But the rest of the album is worth a 4. Thanks for the mention, adder; the review is nice, but the one you did on Hackett remains the best.

Ah, if they had waited six more months!, the time to compose and fill the album with two or three more "strong" songs. <<< Here I completely disagree; I think it's truly a powerful record and they didn't need anything else... they even anticipate reggae with "On My Way."

I've always listened to Macca through the ears of others (unfortunately). Now that I'm listening with my own, I must say I don't mind it. This album is fantastic, although his best remains Flaming Pie.
