Van Der Graaf Generator Godbluff

Great opening comparison, you hit the nail on the head! I love Van Der Graaf!! I’ve never listened to the album in question because I heard it wasn't that great, but the review seems to say otherwise, so I will give it a listen. Congratulations, and thank you for the tip about the lyrics book!
Steve Vai Live At The Astoria London
Voto:
It's true, Steve Vai is musically great, unfortunately criticized by many, too many! I know him mainly for his collaboration on "1987" and "Slip Of The Tongue," two masterpieces by Whitesnake. I didn't know that this DVD also featured the great Sheehan, one of the best bassists around. Nice review!

Rush Hold Your Fire

It would have been great the Rush at 10000... legendary as always, even though (as I already said) it's not the period of Rush that I like.

Great velvety gray, as always!
Emerson, Lake & Palmer Brain Salad Surgery
Voto:
Yes, I don't doubt that the unsettling cover makes a significant contribution. But I would define ELP on this album as rather detached, less emotional, but cold, no... A cold album for me is any of Kraftwerk's. Here, however, there is still flair, imagination, and it manages to evoke some emotion in the listener. Anyway, congratulations again Antò!!! Great review!
