"Then, a fifteen-minute break, just enough time to go take a piss" you’re as poetic and refined as a pig that burps.
Friedrich Nietzsche Così parlò Zarathustra

Hello obvious fake, do you enjoy pretending to be a girl from '94? Of course, it’s something to summon the genius of Nietzsche for this silly act of pretending to dismantle everything that comes to mind to "review" (if we can even call it that)... aaaah!
Shocking Blue At Home

They may not be essential, but damn it, Shocking Blue were the first Dutch band to make a splash in America with "Venus." "At Home" is definitely their best release, and it's paradoxical how the big hit "Venus" was quickly set aside by the general public only to be rediscovered with the silly version by Bananarama (not to mention when it became the soundtrack for veet, the stuff women use for hair removal). In my opinion, "Love Buzz" is not the best track on the album and the Nirvana version is truly horrendous in my view. Kudos to Shocking Blue, with Mariska Veres' sensual voice, who unfortunately passed away in 2006, after the drummer Cor van der Beek had already died in 1998. R.I.P.
