Boudewijn de Groot Voor de overlevenden
Voto:
Indeed, it's a shame that these song names mean nothing to the Italian audience (I, being half Dutch, definitely know them! My mother even saw the good Boudewijn live in his golden years). Unfortunately, in Italy, anything that comes from across the Alps that isn't British, American, or krautrock isn't even considered, which is truly a pity. This comes at the expense of excellent music markets, like the Dutch one, which has so much to offer to our culture, which you rightfully define as retrograde. I'm raising my score because I fully agree with the concept you wanted to express in your review! See you soon.

The choice of this catch-up is excellent, great protest songs. Unfortunately, in my opinion, you should have informed yourself better about the character, who is not Flemish but rather DUTCH. A few words too about the themes of the album: "Voor de overlevenden" means "for the survivors," an album prophetically dedicated to those who might eventually return from the Vietnam War, which de Groot was a staunch opponent of.

Nice review, really well written, it's just too bad about that part in italics, which ruins everything!

A beautiful classmate of mine kept going on and on about this crappy song; I had to endure it for months, and in the end, she never even gave it to me! Total nonsense!
