Mario, who the hell are you? You're only right in that I need to highlight the quotation, but trust me, 99% of what I write is my own work... whoever one day buys the rights from me to publish my maxims in a book will become rich. Anyway: Mario, fuck off!

Iko, when I write reviews, I’m lounging on the couch with my laptop and a bowl full of bunches of grapes by my side... like an ancient Roman. Imperious and graceful, I advise you not to take advantage of my virtues, and keep your distance. You cannot speak of God with God!

The fact that a reviewer has to write a clause inviting others not to be insulted says a lot about the infamous reputation that Debaser is fostering around the web...someone do their best to put a stop to this shame. It's absurd that one has to receive insults for their opinions.

Go back to your latrine. Go back! I don't have time to waste on you; I thought all the kicks in the ass I gave you in the past would have been enough for you to understand that you can't stand on my level. You and Tessio make a nice pair: a fool and an illiterate unworthy of commenting on reviews. Keep your distance because, I repeat, I'm not so generous and selfless as to spare you with my words!!

Yes Gabbox, you did a great job… I must say we were also helped by the beauty of Kate Bush's music, which makes for beautiful writing. Now I expect someone to take care of "Hounds Of Love" and "Never Ever": I will step back because I've already bled for "The Kick Inside" and it's only fair that the Princess receives the praise from someone else.

Great album, the best from Jovanotti, the review is good too : )

Massimof, that is a part that should not be taken out of its context... I’ve interpreted this album as a cathartic extrasensory experience with the Divine, showing how in her songs Kate always addresses a man, and almost always the same man, to the point of making you feel and believe that you are the man with whom she is connecting... I reached this feeling at the emotional climax of Wuthering Heights, and not by chance I start addressing her informally from that song... I conceived this album as a "three-phase" dream: knowledge, union, separation. There are so many other things I could add, but I think it’s better that everyone draws their own conclusions.

"One single concern: 'singer-songwriter' among the genres seems a bit too reductive, don't you think?" It certainly is reductive, no doubt about it. However, I don't like to burden an artist with genres, subgenres, creating a muddle that, in the long run, simply confuses rather than expands the definitions... I wanted to see Kate Bush's name alongside Joni Mitchell and Tim Buckley, and for that reason, I chose that option...

Well, yes, I think she could have… but she didn’t need to.. to conform to the traditional standards of female pop songwriting, she would have had to diminish her compositional talent, and that would have been a shame. Those kinds of things she left for Tori Amos, and I believe she was right..

I was also afraid that the "message" wouldn't come through, that the interpretative key for how I talked about the album wouldn't be understood... but instead, you understood it perfectly.
