I hope not for the little girls in fluorescent miniskirts. Well, I don’t necessarily believe in genius and recklessness. In fact, I hope that even the two kills have felt the urge to go to bed early once in a while, due to a slight headache, because they’re simply tired, because they had a heavy meal, because there was nothing on TV. Genius can come in the early morning, or in the afternoon, or in the late evening. In short, it’s better not to wait for it but always be ready to seize it. Also, genius is a bit racist; and as in the case of the Lunapop, it never arrives, or like in the case of the Strokes, it comes at Christmas and then never shows up again. Amen

this is an absolute masterpiece. verba volant music manent. fuck nirvana, fuck their "best" songs that you play one after the other like a medley with the same guitar chords.

Bloc Party, I haven't tried them yet, but I'll give them a taste like I did with the Killers, Kasabian, Razorlight, Jet, and the like. Digging them will be another story. Anyway, the Killers are now on all the radio stations with "Mr. Brightside," a nice and catchy song. I've been listening to them since the beginning, and the most beautiful song is, in its genre, brilliant and glamorous indie rock and roll. I think I'm going to see them for a bit of fun on the 22nd; they're playing in Milan. They've gone mainstream, and I hope they don't fade away with their second album, you see the Strokes.

Golden State is a nice album too.

Hey man, I give you a 5 on trust because your review reveals a love with solid roots for the rock druids. As soon as I get back to Italy, I'll try to download it. But no one went to Alcatraz to see them; they were presenting the new album.

We should discuss Pearl Jam, but I really liked the tone of your review, especially because it seems you don't buy into the myth of Nirvana, as is right. One can't just live off three chords. So: this album needs to be listened to.
