Sorry for not responding earlier, but I haven't been back on the site. Yes, I know Spiderland and Slint; I don't know all the songs, but I've got a general idea. It's a million times more important than POTI, but what can I do? This communicates more to me. Can you still put the handcuffs on me? :)P Anyway, puntiniCAZpuntini (great name!) It's true that I give too much weight to things; unfortunately, I still need to learn to not care about various nonsense. Maybe I was wrong to feel offended, even though I think I've improved after this experience.

Ah, it was you, Kosmo! The comment had a familiar ring to it :) I agree with Kosmo, I’m sorry if I was rude to Scott, but he’s written twelve thousand reviews on this site and he’s not on my level, we can agree on that, right? And it annoys me when people talk about the artist as a person and speak poorly of them; in the end, nobody really knows them, right? And then the insinuations, those are really hateful, what the hell! So if he does that, I’ll call him out on it, but honestly, given the phrases that preceded mine about America’s sweetheart, I think I was almost saintly in comparison! Do you know where many go wrong? They go wrong because they start talking more about gossip than about music. And anyway, those who get too worked up, in my opinion, are the worst of all. I’ve only reviewed an album, sticking to discussing the ALBUM in terms of music and lyrics, just as few do. End of story, there’s no need to make such a fuss.

Ah, and to the anonymous one talking about the L7, apart from saying thanks because you are one of the few intelligent ones in here... and you are absolutely right, I couldn't care less about what's written, I didn't even know the review had been viewed, even though it would be nice if someone criticized intelligently and politely. Don’t worry, many of you: I will never write another review on this site, so you’re happy and so am I. Too many people on this site I don't like, not because they don't think like me, but because they are vulgar and unpleasant like few truly are. I have commented on few reviews but I've never insulted or mocked a reviewer just because they didn't think like me, like I did with Scott x America's Sweetheart.

So... thanks to the few who supported me, like kosmo (look who’s back...!) and vainly. Anyway, maybe you didn’t get it, or rather I want to be polite even with most of you who were rude and annoying, and say that I DIDN’T EXPLAIN MYSELF. You see, it’s always to be remembered that I am a person and I have personal tastes and in my opinion, this is the most shocking album of '91 (and I have listened to most of the albums and bands you mentioned; I’m honest and admit not all of them), and pay attention, SHOCKING not BETTER. Read carefully. I know very well that many other albums are more important (like Nevermind, definitely the most important of '91) and better performed; I have never doubted that. And then for once, listen to the whole album and talk about the music, not about Courtney's attitude, which is a separate thing and shouldn't even be our business.

I'm really sorry if we express what we think. And anyway, who told you that we’ve never written anything? I can't help it if I don't like what you wrote, but I respect your ideas, which you should do with ours too. I admit that there are some things Courtney does that I don't like; I'm not saying anything irrational, nor am I having a meltdown like a crazed fan, but I enjoy her album, and I disagree with you, and I write it down, just like other people who think like me have done. That's it. And honestly, I don’t really care if you don’t care about our comments. So I see no problem. Everyone has their own ideas, which they're free to express. You did, and we did too, which has nothing to do with our experiences as reviewers.

Damn, I always forget to say something! If I hadn't explained myself, I would have been talking to KOSMOGABRI! :)

I imagine that that fucking anonymous person with the squids meant "whore" in the singular, referring to Courtney. Anyway, anonymous, I'll respond with kosmogabri's reply to whoever you were referring to, since it would be ignorant gorilla behavior to make such comments.

Is it possible that you're so BORING that you're still talking about Kurt Cobain's death? For fuck's sake, get it through your head that he committed suicide! And Courtney is not to blame. The album can't be judged in my opinion, it's just a "The best of" with all things already heard, except for You Know You're Right.

Not surprisingly, this album has been included among the 500 greatest albums ever made (on Rolling Stone's website). It's truly fantastic. Surely, there was collaboration from Cobain, and it's no surprise—it's normal for two musicians living together for two years to collaborate with each other. Courtney also helped Kurt, for example, in writing "Pennyroyal Tea." Then, the lyrics are spectacular. Truly amazing.
