Lubricated Goat Plays The Devil's Music

Wow, what a beautiful proposal!
Giya Kancheli Lament
Voto:
I read you and find the same atmospheres that arise from listening to "Styx," concert for viola and orchestra that Kancheli composed for the skillful bow of Yuri Bashmet (on cd DG series 20/21, paired with the viola and orchestra concerto by Sofia Gubaidulina). The magnetic allure of this composer lies in having found, amidst the winding paths of contemporary music, an immediate expressive language, a music of grief that mercilessly captures our time. Faiv plus magna cum laude.

Excellent, you tangibly convey sensations, smells, and the thrills of Nick Cave's music.

Never listened carefully, perhaps also because warned about the creative and artistic decline that has plagued them over time. Excellent review.

Sure, just for the comparison with the Mercury Rev of Deserter, it would deserve a listen. Nice review, honest and rich in evaluating elements.

Piotr Ilyitch Tchaikovsky Sinfonia n. 6 "Patetica"

Simply perfect, congratulations shark! Nothing is missing, neither from the perspective of musical analysis nor from that of the biographical and emotional subtext of the Russian composer. My recommended version is the one by Karajan with the Berliner (it can also be found in a nice DG box set, along with all the other symphonies, the ballet suites, the overtures, the piano concerto No. 1, and the violin concerto). Regards to the whole audience.
