Well, saying that 2 is horrible and unlistenable is absolutely valid :) It’s the most drone-like drone there is, the sovereign of the genre. What I’m missing (but will have), Hibernaculum turned out to be beautiful against all expectations.

Hi Donj, your review is, as usual, a little lesson in the history of rock. I've always preferred the reinterpretation of Eight Miles High by the Huskers over the original. And Neil Young's country albums are the ones I like the least. That said: I will get this record.

I did a little research online: the collection is not rare, it's easily found (clearly not in the various fnac/music stores, but what do you find there?). It has been reprinted several times (the last time was last year), and a second part has been released. There’s a box set that includes both: I might just buy it :)
