Red Hot Chili Peppers Blood Sugar Sex Magik
Voto:
De Gustibus: I really don't like the Red Hot. On the back of the case, it says "dedicated to Mike Watt": Sexyajax, I recommend listening to "double nickels on the dime" by the Minutemen (featuring Mike Watt), from whom the Red Hot owe a lot of their sound ("incandescent mix of rock'n'roll appropriately 'punked up' and funk with hip-hop accents seasoned with sixties openings," as you say). You'll realize that the Red Hot Chili Peppers are just mediocre epigones (and, by the way, after this album they really started to disappoint). Bye.

Hey, from the way you're describing this album it sounds like a huge piece of crap! PS: Did Chuck Norris also make an album?
Metallica St. Anger
Voto:
OK, you're good at writing so now I'm waiting for a review of a CD you like, not of some other horrible album :)

In music class, we would do folk dances and sing "So this is XMaaaaaas" in two choruses. It was awesome! Ah, the record is a true MAS-TER-PIECE!!!!
Bob Dylan The Times They Are A-Changin'
Voto:
Beautiful review, but artistically speaking, the album does not measure up to the previous one. The poet Bob Dylan is superior to the political/moralizing one, and in this album, there is too much politics and not enough interesting music.
Neil Young & Crazy Horse Weld
Voto:
This is one of the most spectacular live shows ever (and don't even start with those metal live albums like Made in Japan, Unleashed in the East, or Live After Death). It's incredible how Neil, after more than 20 years of career, can still rock so hard. Neil Young has definitely influenced grunge and noise, but he has also been influenced by them, and this album proves it.
Naked City Torture Garden

It seems quite interesting, albeit almost-unlistenable. Is it possible that it resembles the Thinking Fellers Union Local 282?
Neil Young Harvest Moon
Voto:
"Sleeps with Angels" is WON-DER-FUL!!! In my opinion, it leaves Harvest Moon far behind. Harvest Moon sounds a bit old and stale, while Sleeps with Angels is fresh and new (not to mention terribly exciting and varied). Rating for Sleeps with Angels: 5. Rating for Harvest Moon: 3.5. Anyway, DE GUSTIBUS :)

Yes, there he is on bass (he's a real beast, a great one!)
The Misunderstood Before The Dream Faded

Never felt (crass ignorance). I will soon make arrangements to auscultate them.
