Listen: I found themreally annoying (in a positive way), the insistent voice of the Japanese girl is unbearable and the guitars (or whatever they are) are truly insane. They know what they’re doing, and you can tell.

It's true, better to have 2-3 chocolates at a time. This is a sort of tribute album to Watt by the more well-known names of the American underground; unfortunately, there isn’t any track that stands out particularly. Mike Watt is a great musician, but what he did with the Minutemen is several notches above his solo career.

I was looking forward to this review and I was almost sure that it would be done by Donjunio, great job. The album is undoubtedly the best since Sleeps With Angels. Written, played, recorded, and uploaded in just a few days: you can feel it, both because of its astonishing simplicity and immediacy and because it’s full of imperfections and naiveté. A bold statement: maybe it’s even better than Ragged Glory…

OK, I've listened to it for several days and I can say that it is without a doubt a stratospheric masterpiece, light years ahead of the much-praised Mercury Rev of Yerself Is Steam. Now I'm interested in Bardo Pond and Dissolve, does anyone know them?
