Here I liked you more than usual, succinct and expressive just enough. I listened to the samples, but when it comes to post-rock, it's hard to get an idea in 30 seconds; usually, the overall picture matters more than the details.

Great! I thought I was the only one who knew Jessamine, but I guess not. I discovered them on the compilation "Harmony of the Spheres," which is a marvelous, otherworldly thing. Inside, there are Bardo Pond, Roy Montgomery, and other spaced-out bands. Ah, you forgot to mention Roy Montgomery from Kranky, who in my opinion is one of the greatest artists of the nineties, especially his album with Dadamah (there's a nice review on DeB) which is fabulous.
