Sparse review, and then Kushner is not a stranger, and it's not true, as you implicitly say, that Axl didn't know how to sing... Good tracks, especially "Loving the Alien," "Fall to Pieces," "Slither," and "Set Me Free." I'm a bit puzzled by the fact that Scott really seems to be the right vocalist for this project; I would have preferred someone else, maybe a more Hard Rock singer (there are plenty of great ones out there...) Anyway... great album (especially when compared to the years and what Axl has been doing since '93 to today...)
Keane Hopes And Fears

good idea of just battery and piano, the band is good too even if it's still raw
Led Zeppelin III

one of my favorites...no mistake about it...the most "acoustic," fantastic...
50 cent Get Rich Or Die Tryin'

Hateful... even worse than Eminem... a cocky, full-of-himself jerk... it would have been better if he had stayed in his ghetto selling his ass...

The Killers Hot Fuss

Well... this trend of new Beatles-type or new British pop groups has come up... well... at least they take up space on the radio from hip hop and absolute crap rap music.....
The Strokes Room On Fire

They’ve always struck me as rich kids with better things to do than make an album with songs that all sound the same… I mean, not that they're terrible, but creativity is at zero, not to mention they don’t exactly shine in terms of technique… they created one decent and catchy song and copied it for a few albums, auto-copying a cute idea (one) and nothing more for infinity… and then that Calvin Klein look, etc… so boring…
The Strokes Is This It

Well... they seem to me like a bad copy of the White Stripes... much uglier... (3 because there’s much worse out there these days...)
Peppino Di Capri Champagne

How to comment on the granite-like electric mandolin riffs of the great Gino lo Sugnizzo??? And the magnificent bass of Toni il Piccolo... not to mention the pyrotechnic drumming of Lello il Mattarello and the cursed voice of the legendary Peppino.....
