Unfortunately (or fortunately), I do not belong to Vasco's generation; I did not grow up with his songs and I have not been captivated by his style. I see him simply for how he presents himself now: a man closer to his senior years than his middle age, who continues to sing songs from the perspective of a lovesick teenager. Whether due to ignorance or laziness, it comes naturally for me to judge him based on how I see him now: expired and hypocritical. Anyway, I know this album and some of his old works, and they have never thrilled me. Probably because I did not experience the magic of his early days; and hearing it recounted unfortunately feels insignificant.

True. The Sacrament is a beautiful song! And to those who say it's commercial because it's slow, melodic, and sentimental, well... who cares! Buried Alive by Love is nice as well. They're love metal songs; at this point, it's worth getting the whole album, which I think is the best from Valo & co., despite some low points...
