Barracuda Blue captured the connection between this song and "Sequenze e frequenze." This has always been one of my favorites, and the first time I heard it, it was a real surprise to find the melody of the xylophone, a prelude to sound wonders, following the evocative introduction. Among other things, this song had a long gestation period: there is a demo from '75, rather sparse (bass, keyboards, violin, syncopated rhythms) but already indicative, published in the collection "La convenzione." You can find remarkable similarities between this piece and "Agnus," which was published in "Juke Box" in 1978. In short, in my opinion, it's one of those tracks that never stops surprising.

I have already expressed my thoughts on the record elsewhere; the review, although with some inaccuracies, is interesting.
