Papa Benedetto XVI Alma Mater

Well... already "Abba Pater" by John Paul II was as tasteful as snow globe souvenirs and the view of Rimini; I believe this performance by the Checca of Regensburg surpasses it in the worst way... Strakazzinger would be more credible on a record of Nazi marches; when he talks about solidarity and poverty, he sounds like Provenzano discussing the fight against the mafia...

Comparable to the bagascione of MTV, but with a touch more morality.
Michele Lupo Bomber
Voto:
Watched it 4 times as a kid. I prefer "Lo chiamavano Bulldozer," which is its older brother, for the story, the music, and the actors (I’m not a fan of Jerry Calà, and as a villain, Raimund Harmstorf is more convincing; plus, "Bomber" lacks Joe Bugner, the curly blonde who was the European heavyweight champion: just think about what kind of film that would have been).
However, it is appreciated for its message, very relevant in times like today, when certain parents dope their young children. Bud Spencer has always been more skilled in boxing than in acting, but on the other hand, he always admitted that he isn’t an actor.
Lucio Battisti Il tempo di morire

With "Anna," "Oh my God, no," "The three truths," and "Thoughts and words," one of the most innovative and original tracks by Battisti before "Numero Uno" (1966-1971). I don't think there were many in Italy playing stuff like this in 1970 outside of the basements.
Claudio Baglioni Q. P. G. A.

A mess, rather than a pastiche... Honestly, I was fine with the work from '72: overly sentimental in an almost unbearable way, but well done. The Divo Claudio, at times, to please the young audience, sometimes commits unspeakable atrocities (I remember a concert in Treviso where he performed "Poster" in a hip-hop version!)... I hope he hasn't gone overboard on this album.
Stefano Carnazzi Stefano Apuzzo Quattro sberle in padella

Great job as usual; this is worth sharing... Unfortunately, it's very difficult to learn about all these atrocities... I believe that the food giants spend millions to keep them hidden. I've read others on Beppe Grillo's blog, like heavy metals in cookies and cows from a farm owned by one of the most well-known Italian milk producers, grazing near a dump. They should all be hunted down at home and given a good beating, not just a few slaps.
Frank Zappa, Tony Palmer 200 Motels

It has all the cards to become a cult classic. I wonder if Frank really didn't realize what he was doing.
Andrea Mingardi Pus

Nice review, it takes me back to those years... I can picture the punkers from Bologna who, after their escapades, find themselves in a trattoria facing a nice plate of turtlèn. A strange character, Mingardi, seemingly silly... unfortunately, of the countless things he has done, I can only remember: C'è un boa nella canoa, speriamo che muoa (!). However, sòccmel, it's true: those who are afraid of the snake are afraid of people.
Elton John Live in Australia

A captivating review, worthy of applause, just like this live performance, which demonstrates the unpredictable, sometimes delightful, nature of good Reg...
