I don't know the album in question, and I’m not interested in getting to know it... The Pooh make ridiculous little tunes, with lyrics so banal that they make me ashamed, even though I'm just a spectator... however, in the past they’ve written decidedly better things, both in terms of lyrics and music...

I listened to Ulisse for a long time in the past, and I was definitely won over; although I didn’t shout “miracle,” I liked it… On the other hand, I listened to Dracula just once, so I’m only going by an initial impression. It’s very well done and polished; I’m sure that with subsequent listens I will find it phenomenal. However, perhaps because musicals are often acted out, it inevitably brings to mind the much-listened-to "Notre Dame De Paris." But HEAR HEAR, some sounds and high notes even remind me of the "Pinocchio" by Pooh, which I must say contains a couple of pretty good tracks...

let's not compare this album to prog, and the most is done...played superbly, very enjoyable, some interesting sounds...but too catchy, too clever, too aimed at the charts...Wetton's voice moves throughout the album...what's perhaps missing is some explicit virtuosity like Howe's (what a pity)...the worst flaw of this album remains the nod to that pseudorock genre that is AOR, fortunately the talent of the musicians involved prevented it from being a complete misstep...relative to the glories of the past, the rating would be 2& 1/2, but in absolute terms, I loved it very much, so for me it gets, despite everything, a nice 4...an unshared review doesn't mean it's bad...

Violator88, how could you have listened to only "Just A Song Before I Go"? (which is stunning, by the way)!!! The entire album is truly great, and in any case, given your love for Crosby, don’t miss "Shadow Captain"...
