But Zion, satisfy my curiosity since you might have read some articles about them.. why that name? And those titles? Are they religious fanatics?

what a cerebrally devastating and paranoid record! An experience, no doubt about it!

I fully agree with Josi (as usual, except for the Viola!). Very balanced and not at all trivial. Truly the best that could be said about the Beatles at this time. I believe the best part is when you refer to them as an "immense cauldron"… really perhaps the most fitting definition I have ever read about them. Instead, in light of this, I don't completely agree when you place them among the greatest innovators. If they were indeed a bit of a melting pot of everything that was going on at the time, it's fair to call them eccentric, curious, imaginative, but innovative, in my opinion, not exactly as much, certainly not to the extent of the Velvet Underground, at least. I also agree that Sgt. Pepper was an overrated album. Anyway, really nice overall!

no no, it's not the only one! For me, this album is good for 13-year-olds. Then you understand that psychedelia and especially masterpieces are a whole different story... Hi Zuc, yeah okay, I talked about the album, not the review... anyway, the gist is that a bit of healthy dismissive "radicalism" can sometimes just be fun and lively... and let’s stop bothering with philosophy and similar stuff... the discussion and the album aren’t worth it!
