In fact, I admire R.E.M. for their music, but I also admire Stipe as a person. If everyone goes to him, there must be a reason, right? I knew about Thom Yorke and the poor Kurt, but not about Chris Martin. They've also said that in the stereo player that Kurt had at home, they found "Automatic for the People" loaded (I read it in the R.E.M. biography). I don't know how true that is, but I like to think that Kurt wasn't alone when he took his life; I like to think that maybe he was listening to "Man on the Moon." I also prefer Green and I don't consider them sellouts; damn, they've always experimented! The sellouts are the ones who do whatever the record label tells them to do... Comment for everyone else (I didn't make a single comment because you don’t deserve to be mentioned with the anonymous idiot): I described the album from an emotional perspective, not a technical one. We all know that Nirvana were not live technical geniuses, but that doesn’t mean they don’t evoke emotions, just like the Red Hot do today, right? For example: someone comes home after a Nirvana concert and do you think they say, "I didn’t like it because 'In Bloom' wasn’t the same as the CD version," or do they say, "Damn, they didn’t play perfectly but I had a blast!"? That's how I reviewed it, hoping to touch someone’s heart by talking about Kurt, but I didn’t succeed. No worries, I'll make it up next time!

Hey, finally I'm not the only one reviewing REM! Thank goodness, I'm happy! It's an immense album, the review is good but you don't talk about the tracks, and this album should be described since the style present in it is not in the band's tradition. Until next time (which will be mine) ;-)
