dear mayhem, I repeat that I vote for its historical importance, not for the album itself. I'm not fond of the band because after 4 great albums they became complacent and haven't done anything worthwhile since; maybe they’re catering to the fans (even though I believe they're more catering to Metal Blade), but they're not catering to good music.

divodark is right. The review is confusing and full of errors. However, the album is enjoyable and songs like "all of thos" are enough to earn it a passing grade. Overall, it's the softest album by Blink, so I don't think it's aimed at pseudo-rebellious teenagers. The others, yes, but I wouldn't say this one.
