3 for this album? But... excuse me, here we have one of the most beautiful interpretations of the early Deep Purple "Hush", not to mention the opening track and.... "One More Rainy Day"? Of course, if you compare them to Mk2, you might want to give them a 3. The Purple of Gillan are very different from those of Evans... it feels like you're talking about two different bands! But from the first lineup, this is the best... and it's a good debut!
