I wouldn't know, Alessio. Certainly, he comes from a place and an environment that is definitely conservative, not to say reactionary... maybe the rumors are true.

By the way, alessioiride: you're right about the Black Flag. By the way, I just went back to reread Cobain's diaries (I thought I recalled something), and Kurt wrote that it was Buzzo who talked to him about Black Flag, saying he had come with a copy of "My War," introducing it as groundbreaking!

"The Vibrazioni keep us waiting after a disoriented Neil Young, who performs a song by Bob Dylan: Forever Young subtitled in Italian for the beauty (?) of the lyrics." Sorry Iside, did Neil Young play at the concert last night????

Thanks again to everyone @peggiopunk, I might only give a full 5 stars to Bullhead.. I believe in general that the Melvins have never made a single masterpiece, but an impressive series of great works, spread over three decades..... I would definitely give 5 stars to their career. @c'è: to the songs you recommended, I would add at least "black block," taken from the excellent album "Stag," a sort of ballad (of course, in their own way...). Curious detail: King Buzzo appears as a guest in one of the early music videos by Beck, "beercan" from 1994...

So, Floyd: the best tracks by Buffalo Springfield for me are (in random order) "Rock and Roll Woman," an unattainable flower power ballad by Stills with typical West Coast vocal harmonies; "Expecting to Fly" and "Broken Arrow," convoluted folk-lysergic compositions by Young; "Bluebird" and "Hung Upside Down," visionary acid-blues songs; and finally "Everyday," "Mr. Soul," "Nowadays Can't Even Sing" (Neil's first masterpiece), "Everybody's Wrong," and "I Am a Child." That's ten, I think that's enough... I hope you like them, bye!
