It seems that once Joe Strummer met the guy from Tears for Fears and said to him, "Give me 20 pounds, everybody wants to rule the world was already one of my lines".... and the guy even gave them to him.

Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young Looking Forward
Voto:
Well, DeNeil, the score would be a 3.5, rounded up for lineage: the fact is that unlike "American Dream," here the songs are definitely there: that's what matters after 30 years of career on different paths, not so much a cohesion that obviously can’t be the same as when the four of them shared the stage in the '70s and breathed in that unrepeatable California air. For Young, it was a bit of a closing of the circle with CSN; not by chance did he dedicate those three pieces to this project that, according to him, emerged from the sessions of "Silver & Gold." His charisma and energy also spurred the other three (listen to "After the Storm" from '94, solely credited to CSN, quite insubstantial).

I quote about 90% of Young's sentences, so the answer is "yes"!
