Sorry, I wrote "songs," I meant compositions... :)

Well, it's a bit niche...actually, let me turn the question back to you: you don't want to tell me that Zappa is an artist everyone knows and whose songs everyone has listened to... I don't think a regular listener of Masini is that informed about Frank Zappa...

This doesn't mean that my tastes are strictly underground. I love the records of David Bowie, Lou Reed, Peter Gabriel, Bob Dylan, Van Morrison, Rolling Stones, and so on.

In fact, this is the beauty of Debaser. However, you are wrong when you say "...great ones (just because no one knows them...". Personally, I listen to the Residents, Zappa, Suicide, and others because in their records I have found the genius that I do not find in MANY (not all) records by ā€œfamousā€ artists.

Woodstock, the story of the "1" ratings given in series as you say is wrong. The fact is that this site is tendentially "underground", in the sense that many registered users find here a refuge to talk about music that is usually "snubbed" by radio, newspapers, etc. It’s obvious that "artists" like Masini are not well-received...
Peter Gabriel II

This is a beautiful record (like "I", "III", "IV", "So", etc...), after all Gabriel is an artist with a capital A.

Pop, dance, danceable rhythms... The description could easily fit a disc by Christina Aguilera, so I’m very suspicious... :)

I fully agree with Alessio's speech and Pretazzo's confirmation; most people at concerts only care about the headliners and don’t give a damn about the opening acts, which are often better... the problem is that most people don’t understand a thing....:) not to mention the difference in acoustics that the main bands enjoy (I’m talking about rock clubs) to the detriment of the opening acts...
