Congratulations on a great review!

Personally, the most beautiful thrash metal album. An album that, in any case, goes beyond this genre. Simply a masterpiece!
Gustav Mahler Sinfonia n° 6 "Tragica"

Great review and "the case," let's call it that, wanted that in these days I started listening to the sixth symphony. I'm still in the early listens, so I can't give a definitive judgment, moreover I haven't listened to the very last part yet. I can already say that it is a magnificent symphony! Just this afternoon I was listening to the andante! In the first movement, all those bells and strange instruments used really seem to catapult you into another world!

Hi Fidia. I have Trapped by Rage, great album, I recommend it! Killgod, tastes are tastes, but if you say that Oasis sounds better than Iron Maiden and Metallica, then it seems you don't really know much about music. You might find Oasis songs more beautiful, okay, that's subjective and you're free to think that, but in terms of technique, Oasis falls short, and they don't even aim for technique. On the other hand, especially Iron Maiden has very technically gifted musicians compared to Oasis! If your argument was about the emotions that songs give you, then okay, that's subjective!

Well, sir Headly, Korn are a good recommendation, even though for me they only created a masterpiece (the self-titled album); after that, they didn’t inspire me much anymore, at least until Issues (included). However, I see that with their recent albums (which I’ve listened to superficially and distractedly), they seem to have regained the spontaneity and anger of their early days! I don’t know Deftones well, but from what I’ve heard, they’re a very interesting band!

Fidia, I agree with your reasoning, but the Rage are far from being clones of Iron Maiden. To talk like that, you probably haven’t heard them. I assure you that in German power metal, Helloween are closer to Iron Maiden than Rage, who additionally incorporate thrash rhythms in many of their songs!
Deicide Once Upon The Cross

I don't really like this album! I have to admit that Deicide are good at creating tense and threatening atmospheres; in fact, there are a few nice songs, but they're a bit too predictable, like hundreds of other bands out there. Sure, they're among the pioneers of death metal, but in this album, they sound like just one of many little groups. Neither praiseworthy nor contemptible!

If you're looking for something innovative and new in metal, Linkin Park are definitely the wrong band to start with. Even regarding the nu-metal genre, they are the most commercial and the least musically gifted! In the genre, Slipknot are a thousand times better because at least they can play, they have a monstrous drummer, and the rage they unleash in their songs is not common!
