The ongoing comparison between Scott and Johnson is truly exhausting: one thing is the AC/DC of the '70s, and another is the AC/DC from Back In Black onwards. Every time we talk about them, we can’t keep saying that Bon Scott is untouchable, that he was a whole different thing, etc.! No one doubts the (exquisite) production from High Voltage to Let There Be Rock, from Powerage to Highway To Hell, but it must also be said that everything that came after - except for some episodes - is far from being worthless, quite the opposite!
I finally agree with misterNo: Brian has given everything for AC/DC, and I don’t believe at all that without him the band would have gone very far.

F***ing receipts. What does "punk's rage" have to do with it? I don’t know!

...on the contrary, since it's missing, I propose the review. Keep on rockin'!

Fantastic live, undisputed songs. Not to go off-topic, but speaking of "monstrous" live performances, I would recommend (to those who haven't listened yet) the superb LIVE by AC/DC.

Damn, "Black Cowboys" is the best track on the album. A concise but effective review.

I was too harsh on the album, I take that back.

Well-written review. The album is still far from Springsteenian excellence, but "Blinded" and "Growin' Up" are gorgeous.
