My compliments, out of all the reviews (including the ones I’ve written) about the Sisters, this is definitely the best. There’s absolutely nothing to add, but the version of Temple of Love (well, I don’t really think it’s a pop piece) included in the collection is, in my opinion, less beautiful compared to the hard rock ride released in 1992 in which Eldritch is accompanied by the seductive voice of Ofra Haza. In any case, a review truly worth reading.

I would like to add that while it is true that October Rust is the most commercial of their discography, it is my favorite because it features romantic and at the same time decadent atmospheres (listen to Love You to Death and Green Man among others) that are present to a lesser extent in the other albums. A melody that captures and envelops you.
