But has the new edition of the corrida pirloni on the loose started by any chance?

It's getting harder and harder; this time I won't waste words...

Ah Steve, see what I wrote at the end of my review about the Ramones, please.
Forget those claitroni..
Ah, the review is crap...

Excuse me, but is this a review?
Ramones Too Tough Too Die

Of the album, I only know Wart Hog and, in fact, it strays from classic punk rock to lean more towards an hardcore side. Your story is quite similar to mine, given that I bought Mondo Bizarro when I was 15 in a more or less similar social context. A 5 is a must, if only for having torn the veil of memory, already somewhat repressed with my review.

However, on this matter, I am frankly tired.
I can't take it anymore...

I'm not saying this, Zara, the fact is that in every review about DT, we always discuss the same things. This has definitely tired me out.
As for the DT, I consider Images and Words and Awake to be two excellent albums.
But we’ve reached a point where I dread a new DT review for the same old story that creates the usual pros and cons around the band. That's all; it's clear that if we discuss pleasantly and calmly, I certainly won’t shy away.

Alright, I’ll share my thoughts and then I’ll remove my email, since I'm fed up with the verbal squabbles between the pro and con Petrucci camps.
IN MY OPINION, the band has peaked with Awake.
The other albums, no matter how technically perfect they are, make me yawn every minute.
Let’s not even talk about their live performance at Budokan, which, as I've already said, put me in a deeper sleep than valerian root.
I couldn't care less if they are good; the fact is that after Awake, all they’ve produced for me is nothing but yawns.
Even the latest Octavarium, which at first seemed nice enough that I made the huge mistake of buying it, after 4 or 5 listens, really started to annoy me.
I hope I’ve made my opinion clear.
Now you can have the sterile and useless discussions about whether they are derivative or not and whether they are technical or not. :)

Something tells me that Matt is a fan of the theater of dreams... ;).
P.S: There's no arguing about the band's technique, but honestly, I tried to watch the live show they did at Budokan in 2004, but I only lasted half an hour...
The Clash London Calling

The Clash are beyond discussion.
The review is good, but I didn't like the last sentence, which feels like you’re justifying yourself in advance for any potential criticism. Anyway...
