Fields of Nephilim Downrazor
Voto:
A very nice review, but I have to be honest, I don't really feel the Christian Death in Fields of the Nephilim. The gothic sound of FoN, in my opinion, is heavily indebted to the early English post-punk of Sisters of Mercy and the Cult. Also, Carl McCoy, in my view, has little to do with Rozz Williams, although he does remind me a lot of the gothic cowboy attitude that Ian Astbury had in the early days of the Cult. Anyway, the fact remains that it’s a superb review for an excellent album. Dismal and dark like few others.

Congratulations Breus, truly a great review. From everything you've written, I can deduce that you are an excellent connoisseur and fan of the Cult (especially of the early albums), and this pleases me immensely, as I am one too. I have to tell you the truth, the album doesn't blow me away, but I should give it another listen, because when I feel like listening to the Cult, I always put on Dreamtime, Love, Electric, and Sonic Temple. I reiterate my compliments.

In fact, Daft 85, you could have easily spared yourself the gratuitous insults, considering that no one has offended anyone anyway. Save them, I don't know, for when you go to the stadium or when you go out with your friends.

But what offensive comments, those of NickghostDrake, ILoveMusic, GiudiceWoodcock, StayPower, Barbanera, and Contatore di Casi Umani (I hope I haven't forgotten anyone) are simply antidepressants. When I have some time, I will go to their profiles and read them all. :DDDD

Very nice.
Much less so the review (Manowar?).

I honestly can't understand the reasons for these 1s, unless it’s due to a dislike for the reviewer. If only they were at least nice comments.

"a slow, very slow film, difficult to understand."
Nothing could be more wrong.
This movie is, on the contrary, completely understandable and not slow at all.

Laugh, laugh because mom made gnocchi.
Then, you know how much I care about arguing with someone like you who writes that post against me when all I did was share my opinion on your review and the movie.
Au revoir.
